Dealing with negative emotion

Hi! I heard Brooke say that her willingness to feel negative emotion is what’s made her life so much better. I also heard one of the coaches say her goal for this year was to process negative emotion emotion every single day.

Could you give me an example of what one would do every single day to process negative emotion? I’m assuming I could start by doing a model with a negative emotion in the F line, but that’s all I’m coming up with. Any thoughts?
