I know I need to change my thoughts about being overwhelmed. I have ten kids and run two businesses from home. No doubt my life is crazy, but I honestly manage it very well. However, I do it from a constant state of feeling overwhelmed, and feel mentally exhausted because of it. I know that believing I’m overwhelmed is the problem. So, I guess I just choose not to believe that? Do you have any practical, in-the-moment of overwhelm, tips I can use to redirect my thinking?
