dealing with "throw in the towel feelings" with September goal


I started my September goal a bit early due to my schedule. Now I’m at the point where it’s pretty much impossible to achieve it. I have only published one post and drafted a second, and I’m on day 12 of my goal to post 10 blog posts in 30 days.

Suggestions on how to tackle this? Feedback on my model below?

UM
C: Only published one post by day 12 (goal is 10 blog posts in 30 days)
T: I’ve already blown my goal
F: frustrated, ashamed
A: stop taking action on goal {past pattern}
R: very occasional publishing of blog posts

IM
C: Only published one post by day 12 (goal is 10 blog posts in 30 days)
T: I have the next 18 days to make myself proud
F: determined, efficient
A: schedule as much time as possible to blog
R: write as many blog posts as possible in the next 18 days

Thanks in advance for your support. I really, truly need this September training, but my brain is having trouble with a lot of the concepts.
