No question just wanted to share.
I was worried about staying on track with my FA protocol while on vacation , but it was easier than I thought it would be. I only got down to 183.5 before I left a week ago. My goal was 180, 25 lbs less then when I joined SCS in July… I weighed 180 this morning as I start the second half of my trip. Woo-hoo!
I stuck hard to IF and almost no snacking. My window for my meals stayed the same duration but flexible on start and end time based on the days activity. I didn’t go into details about my “diet” and let comments of the unhealthiness of IF float by. Next week of vacation will have different challenges as I’ll be staying with family, I’m prepared to adapt without w/o drama. Keeping the focus off what and when I eat… planning for obstacles in advance.
