Situation: My friend who is an experienced coach for many years would like me to do some contract coaching for her company. Part of the coaching involves giving an assessment to her clients. Today her and I met for a practice run on the assessment and she critiqued how I delivered the assessment. She is recording how she does it, wants me to review it, and then meet again next week.
