Hello! Could you clarify something for me? So I want to get the to the thoughts – I love myself for who I am. I’m growing into the next version of me. I can always have my own back.

I want to get to loving myself basically no matter what and having my own back. With this month’s work, do I go to the impossible thought right away or develop a ladder? If I say I love myself for who I am or I love myself no matter what, my brain responds with Yeah right!, Thats not true. Thank you!
