Deciding on Commitment

Hi Brooke!

I am wavering on my commitment. Is it possible to make ending procrastination the commitment (say by doing three things each day) or would it work better to pick a specific goal (such as writing each day) and then work on ending procrastination by working toward that goal? I realized while working on this that making a commitment is something I try to avoid! I’m willing to do it but my mind keeps coming up with tons of reasons why it just won’t work to pick something today. And it feels that way everyday.
