I’ve been following a workout training program half heartedly. I realized this week that I’m totally settling and tolerating this action. I love the program, and I want to commit to following this for 6 months, no matter what.
I know I can put this into the model and self-coach on it. I just love Brooke’s questions in her workbooks so much! I’d like to do some work about making a decision, being committed to it no matter what, and taking action on it. Which courses in the study vault would be good for this? I’m one month into scholars, and I just finished doing the “Thoughts about you” and “How to enjoy yourself” concurrently.
