I have been doing my morning thought downloads and have noticed I need to work on my decision-making skills.
Most of my thoughts are questions to myself. For example “Am I spending enough time with my kids?” Another big portion of my thoughts are “I should….” which leads to the feeling of overwhelm and indecision.
In my research, I heard the thought that “there is no right or wrong decision…”. I want to believe this thought. My brain is having a hard time believing it as I have always put such a huge weight on making “good” the “right” choices.
What are some thoughts that I can try that are more believable to help me get there? Are there any other suggestions to help take some of the pressure off to always make the “right” choice?
