I realize that I have the following model:
C: Embarrassment
T: I don’t want to feel that feeling
F: Resistance
A: Push it away, distract, don’t work towards my goals, eat, Netflix
R: I don’t learn how to feel that feeling
This is good awareness for me. Do I just stay here for a while or try to change it?
I could move to a ladder thought -“I’m willing to learn to feel my emotions.”
