Defining thought download


This is my first month with scholars. I have arrived at a point in my life where it is good. I have a healthy happy family, my husband is great, I am making more money then I thought possible in my life, I enjoy my career and I still have this underlying restlessness of …..is there more? What is next? Where do I focus now?
I am a huge fan of writing down goals and have always set goals for the year. This year I want to work on my thinking and by more present.
Here is my positive thought download:
I am grateful for what is in my life. I am living in the present and fulfilled with where I am in my life.
Is this too vague? I am not sure I am finding ways to apply it every day or do I just focus on the thought download?
