In the study vault under The Power of Emotions during Brooke’s “workshop” she demonstrates choosing the emotion/feeling: discipline.

I like it, but since it is not an identified emotion isn’t that more of a thought “I’m going to be disciplined.”

I think of discipline as an action or non-action behavior. I guess I need a definition of emotions/feelings.
