I would like some help with my unintentional model, to check if it is good and if I got the correct result.
C : 3 things not done on my Monday Hour one schedule (it’s Tuesday)
T : I’m already late on my schedule
F : incapable
A : hurrying
Doing things without being present
Not creating perspective
Judging myself (it was not so much and you still didn’t do it, you didn’t respect your commitment to yourself, you’re never gonna be able to make it…)
R : I create not being in the present moment
My problem here is regarding my thought. I should have in my result line something like I create more delay (= I create the opposite of what I want but I don’t see it). Can you help me to see how my result line is in line with my thought?
