Delaying start of weight loss


Hello coach !

I need to lose weight – a lot! I did follow the program in may and lost 4 kilos in 3 weeks. I would like to lose 20 kg, but I always stop with my program and gain again. It seems like I can’t manage my emotions and then I need to indulge with food. I’m starting to lose hope that I will reach my dream weight. How can I do it?
