I am a baby to this process and the main reason I joined us because I want to be a happier person and take back control of my thoughts. I became depressed or rather acknowledged that I was a very unhappy and depressed person about 18 months ago. I have done quite a bit of work on myself and I am in such a better place. I know I have a long way to go and I’m working through your “How to feel better” program. I don’t know how long I’ve been unhappy, but I don’t think it was really until I was an adult. I am concerned for my 9 year old daughter though. She has been very angry and unhappy for, which seems like, her whole life and has very negative though patterns. I want to help her through this so she can live her best life, but I don’t know where to start since I just started Scholars this past week and have only been following your work for about a month. I know it will be a process for her as it has been for me. I’m just looking for some direction. Thanks!
