Depression , thought loops, stopping buffering and rewiring the brain for positivity.


Hi,
I am diagnosed with clinical depression and frequently in the day experience negative thought spirals.
How would it look like for me to allow my feelings/ urges in the day as there are so many ?
They are also negative thought spirals and yield emotions like chronic depression and chronic anxiety. Will it be extra difficult for me to feel my feelings because of this?
I know I need to feel all the emotions both positive and negative fully but WHAT CAN I DO TO ALSO THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS, POSITIVE THOUGHT LOOPS AUTOMATICALLY SO TO HAVE MORE POSITIVE, BRIGHTER THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS?
ANY MORE/SPECIAL RECOMMENDATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO DEAL WITH DEPRESSION , NEGATIVE THOUGHT LOOPS, STOPPING BUFFERING AND REWIRING THE BRAIN FOR POSITIVITY ?
