Depressive mood in the C line

Hi there. I played around with putting my depressive mood in the C line. This is what I got:

C Depressive mood
T I don’t want that now
F Indignant
A Beat it, put a cap on it my emotions, distract myself, buffer with food, interrupt what I’m doing, spin thoughts, dramatize
R Increased negative feelings

C Depressive mood
T It’s a part of me I already know.
F Calm
A Do not beat it, allow emotions, do not spin thoughts, do not dramatize, continue my day as usual
R Didn’t make depression a big deal

Does that make any sense?

How can I distinguish between depressive mood as a result of my thoughts and depressive mood such as clinical depression? How would that present itself differently in my experience/thoughts/feelings?
