Hello,
I’ve been really working hard this past year and am ready for a break. My wonderful husband suggested that I book a trip to a city that we like and just spend some time there looking at the sights and relaxing. I’ve booked this and will be away from September 2nd to 6th. I am really excited it and am booking some tickets to museums, making some dinner reservations, going to a play etc…but I’d also like to carve out time to do some super thinking about my business, with some reflection, journalling and planning. Can you help me with some ideas for this? How do I balance the two aspects of my time away? Would it be a good idea to set aside a specific part of each day for my reflection and then tuck that away? I also would welcome any thoughts you may have on unplugging from emails and texts while still keeping loosely in touch.
