I wanted to check I know to stop overeating we need to stop over-desiring food, but it is still ok to enjoy food and like it? I don’t think there’s anything wrong with enjoying food but I know I don’t want to overdesire so it that an ok thought as I sometimes feel guilty for liking food or allowing myself to have high fat content foods on my protocol which causes me to overeat more as I felt bad like I shouldn’t eat these things
