Desire for food

This is Julia .
Overste today . Can not pin point the thoughts or emotional .
Decided not to overthink and over analyze the situation , treat it like innocent weakness and move on .
Had peaches – and 6 pieces of Japanese mochi ( ice cream ), couldn’t stop until I ate all peaches .
Trying very hard not to beat myself up .

Please, advise on thought switching technique if there is any . Thank you
