I marvel at how much content you create in such a short period of time–for scholars, your podcasts, your books, your videos, your live coaching. You boil down huge concepts into succinct teachings…all in about 15 (very focussed) hours a week. My question is, do you research all of the subjects AS your are creating the content, or are you pulling from things you have learned in the past? Do you have advice on how to be more efficient with synthesizing information to create content quickly? It takes me forever to create new material and always has. Even on subject matters that I know very well. Thanks so much for any tools/tips on how to be more efficient with creative work.
