I am starting my last time with losing weight. I went through her stop overeating workshop. I just joined Scholars less than a month ago. I’m seeing the coaches that do group coaching calls are doing inutitive eating. That’s not what I’ve been learning from Brooke. She says we can be hungry because our insulin is messed up. So, has she changed her views on this and changed how she teaches this? I know the class I just bought was back in 2017. I’m currently listening to her podcast episode about the urge jar, that’s from April 2019. So I’m wanting to understand because I am going to join the life coaching school but I want to teach women how to lose weight the way Brooke does.
