Didn’t get to the finish line


Hello. I have used the stop overeating tools to lose weight but realize that I have not gotten all the way to my goal weight/my finish line. I get within 5-10 pounds and then do some emotional eating. Is this a maintenance issue or do I just need to do thought work and find out why I am not sticking with my protocol? Just wondering if this is a common occurrence and recommendations to get to the finish line-123 pounds
