Diet curiosity

I understand this may not sound like a crucial question, and I do not believe it is indeed. However, I would be highly interested to have an idea of how an average day meal plan looks like in your protocol’s (Brooke’s diet let’s say). I am close enough to the fitness world to know diets commonly used for performance/weight loss/etc and I was wandering how an average protocol most of you tend to follow looks like in terms of the macronutrients. If I consider the ingredients that you recommend as “allowed”, one diet may be just potatoes+oliveoil+seeds+rice, and another one just beef and lettuce, which have completely different macronutrient profile. Again, I know this is not fundamental for my progress to happen, anyway I would be very grateful if you could offer me some understanding the kind of balance you tend to recommend.
