Hi Brooke,
I’m new and I may not understand everything quite right just yet, but I am wondering why the Drink Plan is more gradual (you don’t recommend totally quitting drinking immediately), but you do recommend immediately cutting out all sugar and flour for the eating protocol (nothing gradual about it, pushing us straight to deal with all the hard emotions/feelings that come up, etc.). Can you explain why you approach these so differently?
