Difficulties to switch to Intentional Model even though I really want to

Hi coach, I would like some support on my models below,

UM:
C: At home. Checking my professional emails. Answer received from “Provider A” explaining that I need to ask for the “Request X” to “Department B”. I made the initial request 2 weeks ago.
T: They are making fun of me
F: Upset
A: I am overthinking: I do not want to go back to work tomorrow, I do not want to answer their request
R: I am not the professional I want to be

T: My boss and co-workers will think I am not competent
F: Shamed

R: I am not the professional I want to be

C: At home. Checking my professional emails. Answer received from “Provider A” explaining that I need to ask for the “Request X” to “Department B”. I made the initial request 2 weeks ago.
T: I do not have control over their process
F: Reluctant
A: I do not follow up quickly, I do not try to find another way, I slow down the initiative on that topic, I am doing what I can, without spending too much time on it
R: I am a professional who is doing his job. Nothing more.

Now I am trying to write an Intentional model :

C: At home. Checking my professional emails. Answer received from “Provider A” explaining that I need to ask for the “Request X” to “Department B”. I made the initial request 2 weeks ago.
T: It does mean anything about me
F: Acceptance
A: I will call the person, I will try to understand why the process failed, I will fill in the request, I will do a close follow up
R: I act like the professional I want to be

But I still have thoughts like “their processes are awful”, “It’s not my fault”, or “They are not competent”…and I am reluctant to switch to IM, as I still believe that I can not do a miracle on this “project”, as their process is so awful, time-consuming and the user experience is terrible.

How can I move forward on this topic? thank you.
