I’m a beginner in the stop over eating program and am loving Brooke’s book and workshop so far! I’m doing no flour and starting no sugar on Monday. Today I didn’t want to eat breakfast early so I just had my coffee this morning. My stomach started growling and my brain was telling me I was going to die. I calmly reminded it that we have plenty of food on the menu so my body can go ahead and “dine in” for now till I make breakfast. It worked! I feel fine now! And it’s cool to think about the fat that is going away now that my body is dining in 😀
