Dining In


I just wanted to stop by and say that I didn’t join SCS for the Stop Overeating course, but I had joined mid-month, so I watched it. I am so happy I did. I wanted to thank you for the idea of dining in. It helps with my anxiety in between meals. My brain tries to tell me that I’m hungry I NEED to eat, and I just tell it, no, just Dine in. It’s great! All of a sudden I realize I won’t die if I don’t eat something right away and it totally helps.
