“Directionless” Model – R Line Help


I would like some help with my model please.

C: My life
T: I don’t know what to do anymore
F: Directionless
A: Don’t plan, don’t do chores, business tasks, or extracurricular activities, buffer with tv, scrolling, and eating, I only do tasks that others scheduled like bills and coaching sessions, I do the minimum, I beat myself up, I don’t get ready (skin, hair, make up), I overeat, I don’t workout, I start my days at 10 (later than I want), sleep at midnight or 2am, I don’t create new habits, I don’t work towards goals, I don’t decide on a direction
