I purposely lost 6 pounds below my goal weight so
I could “enjoy the holidays”. I didn’t plan tediously, what
I was/wasnt going to eat/drink. I ate what I wanted when I wanted it. Much to my disappointment nothing tasted very good. Bites of this and that…nothing really overboard. I wasnt happy about that…I was disappointed. My joy of eating s/f seems to be gone. I am having weirdly mixed feelings about this. I have struggled with my weight all my life, I have lost 55 pounds. Do you this it’s possible to really change this much? Is it possible have changed into a normal eater?!
