Hi,
My new sentence is “I am disciplined and have great follow through”.

Are my before/after models okay?

Before Model:
C – Goal
T – I am not disciplined because I break commitments to myself
F – Sad
A – Buffering
R – I don’t reach any goals

After Model:
C – Goal
T – I am disciplined because I have evidence in my past of instances where I have accomplished goals because I did not break commitments I made to myself.
F – Accomplished
A – Follow through on commitments
R – I meet my goals

I wasn’t sure if it was okay to use long sentences for the T line.
