I feel like a wild animal when it comes to creating and sticking to new habits! I can’t seem to stick to anything. Ultimately, I have zero discipline and feel like even though I want to change and succeed, that I don’t have what it takes to make it happen. Specifically, my goals are to lose weight, exercise more and do phenomenal work in my business. Even though I am diligent with my sleep schedule, I don’t wake up earlier and I feel exhausted all the time which makes my other goals (work, food, exercise) seem impossible. I end up on a constant loop of failing, quitting, resuming. How do I get my act together?
