I know everyone’s body is different and mine is definitely not one to lose a lot of weight quickly, but is 2 lbs lost in 12 days progress? I know I’m inpatient. This has felt like the longest 12 days ever. I want to lose 20 lbs by the end of January but it seems SO far way. I think I’m having trouble shifting from the dieting mindset to “this is just how I eat” mindset. I’m actually on day 15 now and have eaten off protocol for the last 3 days and gained the 2 lbs back that I lost. Days 1-10 weren’t bad then it got hard. My brain keeps wanting to go to “what’s the point? I’m not going to be able to sustain this.”
