Disgust


Hi,
I need help with this model please :
C- My husband kisses me
T- I don’t like the way he kisses me
F- Disgust
A- Act distant
R- We almost don’t kiss anymore

A similar model applies to making love :
T- I don’t feel like making love now / I don’t like the way he does it / I had already explained that this is not the way I like it..
F- Disgust
A- Act distant

My intentional model
T- I trust my body to guide me, I put my thoughts on “off”
F- Desire
A- Act spontaneously, guide him
R- Connection

But even if I believe in this model, in the real situation, I just cannot stop the thoughts.
Any help please ?
