Distinctions between various Stop Overeating Programs in Scholars


I’ve been around for more than a year, but am now embarking on a weight-removal goal. I see four Stop Overeating programs in the Assets section. Is it safe to consider that all the materials in the Stop Overeating and Advanced Stop Overeating are included in the Masterclass? How about the Urge Jar / Quick Start program? I’m just trying to find the best way to make use of all these resources.
