A private coaching call helped me to figure out the T and F while I was spinning around in “I don’t know” thoughts. So my unintentional model was I think :
T It’s not going to be OK because we’re never going to be a family again (I have 3 children)
A Don’t want to take action to go further in the divorce procedures
R I stay stuck in indecision
So the intentional model would sound like this :
T It’s normal and OK to feel sad in that situation
F open to feelings
A I take time to process sadness feeling
R I feel more peaceful
Can you tell me if I missed a point there.
The goal would be then to take actions from a good place to achieve divorce procedures…
