Dizzy-Lightheaded + Suggested Goal Weight

Hi-I’ve been doing protocol for 2 weeks-no sugar/no flour, IM fasting with a 6-8 hour eating window depending on the day-protocol consists of AM coffee (with 1tsp coconut oil and on scoop collagen powder – is that OK to not break the fast). Lunch – lots of veg/ 4-6oz protein/3T fat; repeat for dinner.

Question: I get light headed-dizzy when I do hot yoga in the morning or a workout with a lot of up/down movements. Does that mean I am not fat adapted yet or need more salt? I can go past my lunch time without noticing I am hungry; so thought I was fat adapted? Second Question: suggested weight-42 years old/5′-2″ thx!
