Do I always need to do a thought download before doing a model?


Do I always need to do a thought download before doing a model? This morning, for example, I KNOW what thought I’m working with. No thought download needed. I stepped on the scale and it read 125.6 lbs. My goal weight is 124-125 lbs. I’ve been maintaining around 126 lbs for months now and after we moved at the beginning of June, got up to 128 lbs; now I’m back down.

So, I see 125.6 lbs and I KNOW my thought is: I’m good now! (I can have treats.)

No thought download needed, right?

So I did this model:

T: I’m good now!
F: Unmotivated
A: Eat a little treat, off plan, here or there.
R: Don’t maintain at my goal weight.

[Intentional]
C: 125.6 lbs
T: Actually my goal weight is 124-125 lbs so I’m not FIRMLY there and I want to trim up my waist a bit more.
F: Motivated
A: Stay the course. Don’t eat off plan.
R: Really, solidly get to and maintain at my goal weight.
