This month the workbook asks me what my dominant feeling was yesterday?? What? Why not today? And then what do I want to accomplish today? OK…. I can see that identifying a goal then an emotion to generate in order to meet that goal can be done at 6:30 AM. But, do I have to do the download and recall yesterday’s feeling state in the wee hours of the morning? It seems discombobulated…..
