Do I have to weigh my food?


The title says it all! I’ve done some self-examination and I don’t feel any resistance towards weighing my food in general…except the inconvenience and ambiguity of it! I eat out frequently because of my job, which makes this difficult. When I have a salad, I can sort of eyeball, but it’s trickier when I get a dish that is otherwise entirely in my protocol but made of multiple components and is therefore pretty hard to estimate weight of the protein/fat/veggies, etc. When I’m home, I have no issue weighing my food.

If I’m eating items within my protocol and eating -2 to 2, is it okay if most of my meals don’t get weighed?
