When writing an unintentional model do I need to have a circumstance? I am having a hard time recognizing the fact of some of my thoughts

For example:

C: ?
T: I am lazy
F: Depressed
A: I buffer/do not take action
R: I don’t accomplish what I want

I know this is a very generalized thought and could that be why I can’t figure out the circumstance?
