Do we always need the C line?

I usually do thought downloads every night, so sometimes I don’t remember the exact circumstance but just the negative thoughts. Do I always need to remember the C? For example –

Unintentional model:
T: I don’t have a connection with my husband
F: disconnected
A: not share with him, hold things back
R: I disconnect from myself and him

Intentional model:
T: I enjoy time with my husband
F: connected
A: share things with him, laugh play and feel sad with him
R: I create connection for myself and him

The belief I want to create is I enjoy time with him. I visualize cracking jokes, planning and experiencing experiences with him. Action I will take is to book dinner dates and spend at least 15 minutes on the weekdays. Is this belief execution good enough?
