Do we need to practice intentional thoughts?


Hi,

When I work on intentional models, the new thoughts sometimes immediately eclipse the old thoughts.
However, for some models, the old thought continue to be triggered and I need to remind myself of the new thought every time. Does this mean that the new intentional thought is not “activated” and needs to be adjusted? Or is it part of the process to have to practice intentional thoughts by repeating them?
