Does IF Get Easier with Time?


Hey there,

I’ve been doing IF for a few weeks now (I eat 2x/day, once at noon and once at 6:30/7:00) and generally I love it however at 9:30 AM I get SUPER super hungry and it doesn’t go away. Will this get easier as my body becomes fat adapted or should I be reading this as a sign that maybe 16:8 is too long and I should maybe do 14:10? The scale hasn’t budged much lately so I don’t know if I should be switching it up at this point or not…
