Twice this week, I’ve done models where I have no problem identifying CTF, but can think of no specific A and R. I can change the thought and feeling from the unintentional model, to the intentional one, but still can’t think of A and R. Do thoughts and feelings always have to lead to actions and results? I understand that we’re trying to change how we think about things, in order to get different results. But what if just thinking about something differently IS the result? Is that possible? Or am I just not looking hard enough?
