Does the model work for teams/groups?

Hello! I’m new to learning the model and am so excited by how powerful it is. My question is, does the model only work for one person, or can you use it to get the results you want as a collective group or organization? I work in a team and wonder if I can apply the model to a circumstance or result happening in our business.
