Hi, I am a new Scholar! My question relates to doing the work of the month and how it fits with working also on the Overeating Workshop work. I am following a food and exercise protocol ( had previously read If I’m So Smart Why Can’t I Lose Weight) as of the last two weeks, but know I need to watch the workshop videos and do the work around overeating….but I am all in for the monthly class work as I have other things to work on…anxiety and fear etc.
( I am afraid this is a silly question, lol!). It seems like a lot to do at once and may bring up differing feelings and thoughts. Advice?
