Doing more


If I’m not focused from the time I wake up to right before dinner, I have this Model sometimes and I would like to turn it into something more helpful for hitting my goal of 7-figure business owner by age 30…

C: Daytime hours
T: I feel like I should be doing more
F: Fear
A: worry about not hitting my goal
Try to avoid my boyfriend or things that would change my plans for the day
Start “doing” but w from a state of fear of not doing enough
R: never feeling like I am doing enough to hit my goal.

Any advice?
