In this month’s work, we’re supposed to fill in the R with our dare. I’ve done this before, but I find the result doesn’t ever really prove the thought the way I can make the unintentional do it.

Here’s an example of my intentional model

C: Post in XYZ group on Facebook
T: This can really help someone.
F: Self-confidence
A: Write post, choose image, post it
R: I post in the XYZ group on Facebook.

How does the idea that that result proves the thought? They seem like two different things. I started with the result first, but “I will post in the XYZ group” wouldn’t be a thought to get me to self-confidence, so the puzzle doesn’t seem to fit here? Guidance?
