What if I don’t believe the new thought?


Here are my two models

Unintentional
C disability
T I hate that word
F angry, scared
A retreat, escape, lash out at others
R no progress, others don’t want to be around me

Intentional
C disability
T It is just a word. Words are neutral
A no reaction
R progress

So intellectually, I believe that words are neutral, but I still have negative feelings when I think that…I don’t really believe it emotionally. Do I need a different thought, or do I just need to practice this one more?
